This version of Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager driver is designed for Asus P5Q Pro Turbo Motherboard. The version is 8.9.0.1023 and the last update is on 01-09-2009. The Southbridge chipset has 5 xSATA 3 Gb/s ports and Intel® Matrix Storage Technology support RAID 0,1,5,10.
The package contains also the Intel(R) AHCI/RAID Driver Disk for Windows 32/64bit XP & Windows 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.
These are the instruction to create and use the driver disk when you install your copy of windows:
DETERMINING THE PROCESSOR TYPE
You will first need to determine if your system contains a 32-bit or 64-bit processor.
1. On the Start menu:
1a. For Windows* XP or later operating systems,
select Control Panel.
1b. Open the ‘System’ applet (you may first have to
select ‘Switch to Classic View’).
2. Select the ‘Hardware’ tab.
3. Select the ‘Device Manager’ button.
4. The processor type will be indicated by the value under
the ‘Computer’ section on the ‘General’ tab.
EXTRACTING THE APPROPRIATE DRIVER FILES
If you have a 64-bit system, extract the driver files from f6flpy64.zip. If you have a 32-bit system, extract the driver files from f6flpy32.zip.

Please refer to the Readme.txt for driver installation using the F6 method.
